Welcome to our studio apartment. We are about a 15 minute walk to downtown Stevens Point. We are also in an amazing location for anyone with a sweet tooth. We are a block from Belt's Ice Cream, two blocks from Carl D's Ice Cream and Popcorn, and 3 blocks from Heavens to Betsey the most recent ice cream parlor in Stevens Point. Let us know if you would like any special items in the room. For a charge we can make sure you have groceries, your favorite shampoo, or local jam to arrive to. The space This is a great space for 1- 3 guests. This is a studio apartment with a lovely balcony, there is a queen size bed in the living area as well as an air mattress in the closet that can be pulled out and used. Other things to note This is a home first and rented out on Airbnb second. Please only book if you plan to be respectful of this property, please opt to book a hotel if you are looking for that type of stay. Due to recent guests the cleaning and room rate has been raised.
