Public/city bus transport is only a few minutes' walk away (buses and S-Bahn trains run every 10 - 15 minutes until night). The city center is about 5 km away. The space The apartment has a separate bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. Towels are provided. The kitchenette includes a large worktop, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, 2-burner electric stove and microwave. Necessary dishes, pots, a pan and a coffee capsule machine are available as well as fresh fruit and mineral water. In the living room, there is a large wardrobe and a dining area for 2 people, which can also be used as a PC workstation. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a flat-screen TV. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are free to use. The terrace is at your disposal. Outdoor seating is available. There is also the possibility to smoke here. A parking space is available right next to the apartment. Guest access Access is via a separate entrance area. Other things to note Upon request, a stay outside the bookable periods may also be possible. Booking with only one night is also possible on request. However, due to the high cleaning effort, we have to charge an extra €20.00 for this. The apartment is in the basement, which makes the room temperature very pleasant even on hot summer days.
