With a footpath just outside the cottage, it's just a 10-15 minute walk from Winterton beach or a 2 minute drive. Downstairs there is a large living room with a smart TV and woodburner, and doors leading to the rear patio. The well equipped kitchen is a cook's delight and includes two ovens, an electric hob, a microwave, integrated fridge, freezer, dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a dining area with seating for four people. The downstairs bedroom has a comfortable king size bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with a shower, wash basin and WC. Upstairs on the mezzanine level you'll find the second bedroom which has a standard double size bed. Please note the headroom in this bedroom is restricted. There's a second bathroom containing a bath with a shower over it, wash basin and WC. Opposite the second bedroom is a dressing area or chill-out room where the headroom is also restricted. Outside there's an enclosed patio area to the rear, and the front garden is also enclosed with a small lawn. There is off road parking for two cars. Up to two medium or three small dogs are welcome at Old Church Barn for no extra charge. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the property.
