All the interior spaces that are laid-out in the floor plan, the lounge area and the part of the patio right in front of the house will only be accessed by you. Additionally the gazebo right behind the house is also dedicated to the guests of this house only. Other things to note - Two of the bedrooms are separate from the main house and can only be accessed through the patio.
