This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom is the ideal, perfect place for large families (w/well behaved children-no jumping/running in house) visiting the area or for a sizeable work force needing a place near the job for sleeping accommodations. It offers the best of both city and country living. A 30 minute drive (or a bit more depending upon traffic) into Austin, allows for easy access to music and sightseeing, all while having a quite and spacious home to return to. This thoughtfully decorated home includes a beautiful kitchen, with stove/oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, and a large pantry. Kitchen cabinets are stocked full of convenient kitchen appliances: rice cooker, air fryer, electric water kettle, fire extinguishers and more. We are located in a relatively quite neighborhood, and are not suited for parties. Respectfully, if you are looking for a space to party, our home will not be a good fit. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded, or owner receives information about excessive noise, owner has the right to cancel your reservation without refund immediately and to bill the guest a: "Service Fee" as is listed in the House Rules. If your stay is longer than 3 days or you're a large group, you will be given the access code to locker for more clean towels and wash cloths, if you ask. Paper consumables are supplied for the 1st 3 days of your stay. After that you will need to purchase as needed. The area is well noted for excellent food eateries, in all surrounding towns. Within a 5 -10 minute walking distance, (across the nearby highway) is a Sonic Drive in. 28 miles to Lockhart brings you to the well known BBQ capital of Texas. It's only about 5 miles to the city of Bastrop, that is well stocked with almost every fast food franchise you can think of. From Chick-Fil-A, Mexican, BBQ and Chinese all the way to Dairy Queen and Schlotzsky's. Toward Austin about 7 miles on Highway 71, is a McDonald's. In Austin the restaurant of your choice, is for the pickin. Our favorite for lunch is Catfish Parlour, China Harbor or Bill Miller BBQ. For the evening meal, if you like eating healthy, we suggest Jason's Deli, where the choices are many and free ice cream comes with every order. Also, another favorite in town is Cabo Bob's (quite similar to Chipotle, but with so much more variety). Address is: 13126 Webberville Rd, Webberville, TX 78653 and is about a 15 mile drive. (Never used it and can only rate it by reviews.) Of course, if you are going into Austin, there are some good ones scattered about, over the entire city. Wildlife is coming and going on the property. There is several of these that you don't want to mess with. There are deer, rabbits, cats, and more, such as snakes and other not so friendly creatures. Please stay on the pathways and driveways when walking or running, always keeping your eyes open when outdoors (especially w/children) and keep the house doors and windows closed, unless there is an emergency. This property has 4 or more steps you must climb to enter the front door and doors are probably not wide enough for a wheelchair. The NostalgicTexas Crowe's Nest, Really wants you to like it. If you want it to be fun, it'll be fun. Want it to be relaxing? You got it! Want it to bring you closer together? That's what it's best at. This cozy nest can be anything you need it to be… except for a party house boat. It can't be that. Check out time is at 11 am. Failure to check out on time will result in late charges as well as the possibility of you being towed at your own expense. Our cleaning crew has a very short window of time in which to ready the rental for the next guests. Please be respectful of their time, as they need sufficient hours in which to clean and sanitize property to the highest standards required by your Host and Airbnb. Thank you and God bless your stay. Guest access This is a guest house and you will have full access to all of the house (minus our 2 locked cleaning supply closets, a few locked supply cabinets in kitchen and locker). The front yard, free 2 vehicle parking area and porch are also for your use during your paid nightly stay. Our 3 bedrooms, each sport their very own private restroom and shower or shower/bath. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a small infant Pack-N-Play bed, suitable for 2 guests with or without an infant. The remaining 2 bedrooms each have 1 Queen bed, suitable for 2 guests. The livingroom has space for 3 rollaway twin beds, (which are also stored in the Master bedroom closet) plus there is sleeping space on the couch for 1 person, making the living room area suitable for 4 guests at it's max. There are no other sleeping areas or space available. Only guests booked by name, may stay and gather here. We are located near a busy major highway into Austin, so if road noise is bothersome, please reconsider. There is limited parking and to secure the privacy of our home, we ask that you enjoy other visitors or guests elsewhere. The cell phone tower employees have 24/7 access to driveway. Do not block driveway or your vehicle may be towed at your expense. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: No smoking anywhere on property. Absolutely no pets allowed in home or in the parking and yard area. Again we ask that ONLY guests booked by name, through Airbnb stay and gather here. Other things to note $400 penalty fee for fires, smoking, cigarettes, alcohol, drugs or intoxication. Catch and release fishing is allowed from our 2 ponds by those paying guests who are authorized in your reservation. Bring your own fishing gear. During boughts of dry seasons, know that the ponds may be dried up. Beware at all times of wildlife, some are venomous.
