Cabin in Shinglehouse

Modern Cabin sitting on 500 private acres. We have private trails, fishing, and hiking available to all guests. Features 2 bedrooms with 4 twin beds, full kitchen, WiFi, DirecTV, gas fireplace, AC, sauna, and 1 full bath. Our cabin also has a large loft area with a futon and 4 twin beds. Comfortably sleeps between six and eight guests with air conditioning and heating. Kitchen stocked with cooking essentials. The space Propane tank hooked up to the outside traditional grill. Guests are also welcome to bring ATVs and horses if they want as we have plenty of land for people to enjoy. The trail riding season starts in May and ends at the end of September. On site horse back trails for horse owners, archery, mountain biking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, pistol shooting area, hiking, ATV riding friendly, cross country skiing, and one pond for fishing on site. Off Site: We have updated and created a virtual guidebook where this information can be found now! Guest access Cabin is in an outdoor and wide open area. Other things to note RV, CAMPER POLICY: We are not currently allowing RVs on site. If guests would like to camp outside the cabin this must be coordinated with us prior to booking or immediately after booking. ATV POLICY UPDATE: ATV trail riding is permitted starting in May of every year. ATV use of the trails by guests halts with us due to the hunting season beginning September 30th of every year. ATV use of the trails can resume with guests starting the 3rd week of December every year. -------------------- GUEST POLICY: Individuals booking our cabin MUST book with the accurate and exact number of people that will be staying for the duration of the booking. We have eyes on our rental 24/7 every day of the year and are fully aware of the number of occupants at all times. -------------------- DOGS ARE PERMITTED: Pet owners must use flea/tick protection such as Frontline. No animals in beds. No animals on furniture. No more than 2 dogs per group. -------------------- Firewood is available for purchase from the on site cabin owners.
