Bright Charming Guesthouse by the Pool

With windows overlooking the pool and garden, this two bedroom, one bath guest house has a fully equipped kitchen, bright and open living area and lots of room outdoors to relax poolside or enjoy an alfresco meal. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood you're less than a mile away from the restaurant, bar and shopping haven that is Ventura Blvd. It's a 5 minute walk to essentials like Starbucks and a grocery store, and a quick drive to Universal Studios, CBS Studios and hiking in Fryman Canyon. The space Although very close to busy areas, this getaway is a wonderful oasis. With a pool right outside, you can open the windows and enjoy the light playing on the water. There are also lots of places in the garden to enjoy. Eat outside or just get a nap on the chaise lounge! Guest access Guests can access the pool anytime and although inviting, be aware that it can be cold certain times of the year. If you would like us to heat up the spa we will be happy to. To heat the spa it is an extra $40 and takes an hour to heat, so please let us know what time you'll be using it so we can get it ready. Due to the fact that we don't have a lifeguard, we do not recommend bringing children and all swimming is at your own risk. The pool is only for your use, as we do not use the pool when guest are visiting, Outside garden and patios around the pool are for your use too, as well as a barbecue and outdoor counter eating/cooking space.
