"Les PAPYS", atypical charm in the countryside

Located in the countryside, 1 km from the ancient city of Jublains, the "LES PAPY'S" gîte offers an interesting geographical location in a peaceful setting and overlooking the fortress! Many historical and cultural sites are to be discovered within a 35 km radius: Medieval city of Ste Suzanne, Mayenne, Evron, Lassay, Tatin Museum, Laval, Saulges... You will enjoy swimming with the water garden (15 min) and the Gué de Selle leisure center (8 min). Hiking trails nearby. The space We welcome you in a totally restored annex combining the old (reclaimed, woodworking) and the modern. This home includes a living room with equipped kitchen, seating area. Upstairs there is a bedroom with a 140 bed for 2 people and a mezzanine with a BZ sofa bed for sleeping 2 people (thick mattress). This home also includes a bathroom and two toilets (one upstairs). An umbrella bed is available. (Only one folding crib can be placed in the bedroom area.) A beautiful outdoor lawn area is exclusively for you. This annex is close to our house but the layout of the cottage allows real privacy. Outside, you have at your disposal a room that locks for your bikes. Things to know for companies: The accommodation is not suitable in terms of sleeping for 4 people. Guest access Our house is the 1st in the hamlet. There's no gate. A "LES PAPYS" sign is placed at the entrance. You enter our yard. Other things to note We have 2 cats that roam outside the property. We also have chickens. Cows may be present in the field near the accommodation. Coming to the countryside means accepting certain inconveniences related to the presence of animals.
