Timeless Too- Cozy Vintage Cabin With Hot Tub

Enjoy our historical vintage cabin and then take a short five minute walk to the Village with its variety of restaurants, shops, taverns, and movie theater. The cabin is also conveniently located near beautiful hiking trails and close to Snow Summit and Bear Mountain resorts. Originally built in the very early 1900s, we have added modern amenities while keeping a vintage feel through the decor. Timeless Too is the “sister” cabin to our Timeless cabin. License #VRR-2026-0029 The space Our cozy vintage cabin has an interesting history. It was originally built as a bedroom cabin for the Historic Pine Knot Lodge which was a prime vacation spot for mountain tourists of the early 1900s. The city of Big Bear Lake was actually previously named Pine Knot after this lodge. The cabin is approximately 600 square feet on a large lot. Guest access Our little vintage cabin includes access to a gas bbq, and washer and dryer. Our deck has a comfortable patio set that is accessible in all seasons. We particularly love enjoying our coffee in the warmth of the morning sun. Other things to note Below is contract you will be asked to sign at in person checkin or in the esign process. SHORT TERM RENTAL AGREEMENT As required by the City of Big Bear Lake Code Compliance Regarding the property at 712 Pine Knot, Big Bear Lake, California: It is hereby agreed that owner will lease to renter the above referenced property subject to the following conditions: • Occupancy shall be no more than 2 persons • Maximum number of vehicles parked at any time is 1. • Maximum number of occupants permitted at any time is 3. • Renter shall provide identification to check in agent that agrees with the reservation information • Rental property cannot be used for any use that violates City Development Code including events or conferences • Renters or guests violating the provisions of the City’s Development Code or Municipal Code and refusing to comply with the instruction of the owner or managing agent shall be ordered to vacate the premise ADDITIONAL HOME RENTAL REGULATIONS • No smoking in the home • No outdoor fires • No pets • No trash left on premises. Please see the map regarding City refuse sites. • Limit use of hot tub to hours between 7am and 10 pm. • Put fireplace ashes in metal container only • By signing below renter acknowledges receipt of the above City of Big Bear Lake TPHR regulations and home rental regulations. There is a $100 cleaning fee. The hot tub is cleaned on Mondays usually at around 3 pm. The service will take about one hour to complete. Registration Details 2918-0005
