A "Sweet Escape" at Deep Creek and Wisp Ski Resort

Welcome to Sweet Escape, a charming 4-bedroom, 3-bath chalet nestled in the peaceful hills of McHenry, Maryland. Sleeping 10 or more guests, this spacious retreat offers stunning views of Wisp Ski Resort and is just minutes from beautiful Deep Creek Lake. Enjoy a tranquil country setting with cozy living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, and inviting outdoor areas perfect for relaxation. The space The expansive great room boasts grand picture windows, allowing you to soak in mesmerizing views of the ski slopes from the spacious patio deck. Alternatively, you can enjoy a stunning mountainside sunset right from the comfort of your own home. This lovely home features four bedrooms: • Master Bedroom (Top Floor): Queen-size bed with a private half bathroom. • Main Floor: Two bedrooms with full-size beds sharing a full bathroom. • Lower Level: A second living room, a full bathroom with laundry facilities, and a bedroom with two sets of bunk beds (four twin-size beds), ideal for kids or additional guests. Guest access To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, the Host will promptly send you a message with the house access code and driving instructions a week before your arrival date. Other things to note -The Booker-Guest must be at least 25+ years of age. Your booking will include Airbnb’s service fee and the Maryland State Occupancy Tax. -Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM -No pets are allowed. Service animals are welcome; however, the Booker will be charged for damages caused by the service animal. -Beds will be made up with linens. At the end of your stay, guests are asked to remove the used bed linens and place them at the foot of the bed. There are 6 sets of bath towels (each additional paying guest receives 1 set of bath towels). Please bring your beach towels for the hot tub. We do not have "linen or management fees.” -Other Products Provided: 2 kitchen towels; a roll of paper towels; one roll of Toilet Paper in each bathroom; liquid hand soap in each bathroom; liquid dish soap, automatic dish soap; and sometimes a little laundry soap. Please bring your own personal toiletries and hygiene products. -The kitchen has a single-serve coffeemaker and a regular automatic drip coffee maker. Please bring coffee K-Cups, coffee grounds, and condiments. You may want to bring additional large garbage bags, as we provide only 1 or 2 large black trash bags. -Snow removal service for the driveway is provided; however, guests will be responsible for shoveling snow (shovels are provided) to clear paths on sidewalks and the patio deck during their stay. -Smoke alarms are located on all levels of the house. Please "DO NOT SMOKE" anything inside the home. Additional fees will be assessed to deodorize the home because of smoke from weed or cigarettes. -Due to safety and insurance concerns, the fireplaces in the home are not operable between May 1st and Labor Day.
