We are thrilled to share it with you so you can enjoy your beach vacation in a modern, newly renovated unit situated 2 blocks to the beach offering a brand new fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a love seat, flat screen TV with Netflix subscription. A Nespresso original machine is provided with a startup amount of coffee so you can enjoy your favourite coffee. Surveillance camera on premises, installed outside. Only the # of guests on reservation at time of booking are permitted on the premises. Please use the outside shower to remove the excess sand before entering the house. No wet or sandy bathing suits/clothing on the furniture. Please don not take the bath towels to the beach. No coffee grinds or food of any kind in sink drains. Please make sure all windows and balcony door are closed and the entrance door is locked when you leave the house. Please keep the doors closed at all times, as outside bugs can get in. NO SMOKING in the house, or a $300 policy violation fee will be applied.
