Summer Incl: separate guest house- sleeps 2, private bath & bonus rm loft above garage for kids.sleeps 3-4 (2 single beds & pull out loveseat) The space The space has been thoughtfully renovated to provide our guests with a cheerful, clean space to enjoy! We have installed all new mattresses, furniture, and kitchen provisions. *please note: . We do not have a private dock, however, there is a launch at long point park and we have plenty of space for your boat trailers Other things to note There are no parties or large gatherings allowed on the property. Dogs are considered on a case by case basis. Contact host for inquiries. We ask our guests to bring their own sheets, however, If you’d like to use the sheets in the house you must wash and dry them before you leave. Our cleaners do not have enough time to get the sheets washed as there is a lot of space that must be cleaned.
