Axe House is a rustic modern lakefront tiny house

Make your visit to Mt Rainier special at one of the best lakefront views of the mountain you can experience. This high-end, rustic modern tiny house shares property with the main house and is very privately nestled in the trees with its own parking. Best described as feeling like you are in a cozy treehouse. This is a very special place whether you’re planning activities in the park (15 minutes from the National Park entrance) or just looking for tranquility. (All photos taken from property) The space Upon arrival please park in designated Öxull Hús parking just to the right as you pull in. There is only parking space for 2 cars max. Please leave driveway to main house open and accessible. Guest are welcome to use the dock just follow short path to the water. There is a BBQ, Fire Pit, and Neapolitan Pizza Oven (bring your own dough and toppings) across from the tiny house guest are welcome to use. Please bring your own firewood and remain quiet and respectful durning the evening. Guest access Dock access. Please follow short pathway past the main house. Other things to note The house best suits couples all though can sleep 4 people. It is important to note that access to the second loft is DIFFICULT with rock climbing holds as the only way up or down. The second loft features a twin size Yogabed and a work desk. The Master Loft features stairway access with the ability to stand upright in the loft and a queen size Yogabed mattress. We also provide a single high end air mattress that can be rolled out in the tv room. (You’ll need to bring a sleeping bag if you plan to use this!) The air mattress can be found behind the couch.
