"Terrazza Blu": apartment in a villa in Caminia

This exclusive home, located on the highest floor of a charming villa overlooking the sea, offers a breathtaking view of one of the most beautiful bays in Calabria. A few meters from the beautiful beach of Caminia, "Terrazza Blu" is immersed in the evocative scenery offered by the meeting of the crystal clear waters with the green promontories of the Ionian Coast. The space "Terrazza Blu" is equipped with elegant and refined furnishings, as well as all the comforts, such as Wi-Fi, two bathrooms, washing machine, dishwasher, cookware, fine dishes and glasses, top-quality sheets and towels. The bedrooms are equipped with large closets, dressers and clothes hangers. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning in summer and heat pumps for winter. The terrace, overlooking the sea, which is accessed directly from the living area through two large windows, is furnished with comfortable outdoor sofas and a large table for your outdoor lunches and dinners; it is also possible to relax in the shade, sheltered by two comfortable electronically controlled awnings. The kitchen, spacious and bright, is attached to the living area and also overlooks the beautiful Bay of Caminia, allowing you to create your dishes inspired by the beauty of the sea. The rooms, located on the opposite side of the house and also equipped with air conditioning/heat pumps, are particularly cool and equally bright; one of the two is also equipped with a comfortable internal bathroom. Please note that there is also private parking inside the villa, which guests can use. Guest access "Terrazza Blu" is located in the heart of Caminia Bay, a well-known seaside resort known for its clear waters and pristine beaches. In a few minutes, you can also reach Soverato, the "Pearl of the Ionian", a worldly destination, full of clubs, restaurants, and beach resorts. The house is located a short distance from Montepaone Lido, a town where you can find commercial activities, bars, and a large and well-stocked shopping center. "Terrazza Blu" is also about 30 minutes by car from the city of Catanzaro and 45 minutes from Lamezia Terme Airport. The Sila National Park, about 60 km away, is the ideal place to spend a day immersed in nature and get lost in one of the cleanest and most pristine places in Europe. Other things to note The apartment is located on the second floor of the villa and is accessed via an external staircase. Once you enter the house, you need to climb a short corner staircase to access the living area and the rest of the house. It should also be noted that in the double bedroom no. 2 the bed is composed of a classic double mattress; bedroom no. 1 is furnished with a French bed, therefore slightly smaller than a classic double bed, but certainly the perfect size to guarantee rest for two adults.
