Launch your boat from the boat ramp just across the canal from The Acorn at Lake Jem park. The space Nestled among the giant live oaks and Florida palm trees is The Acorn, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath quiet retreat. The living room also has a queen sofa bed for 2 more guests if needed and a service bar with a refrigerator, microwave and coffee set up for your convenience. The living room also sports a 48 inch smart TV with ROKU and high speed WYFI. The property sits on the Apopka Canal with access to 8 lakes on the Harris Chain of Lakes. Lake Jem Park is just across the canal from Everbreeze Oaks (home of The Acorn) where you can launch your boat for speedy access to 75,000 acres of boating and fishing. When you are ready to relax, come back and dock your boat on our shoreline and head on up to The Acorn. Secluded, yet just a short walk to the Dollar General and Mary’s Kountry Kitchen, one of Lake County's award-winning local restaurants. We are centrally located, less than an hour's drive to all the action in Orlando and the Disney Parks, or about an hour and a half to the beaches on either coast. Guest access There is NOT a full kitchen inside. Provided is a coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator, No cook stove. Outside is a patio with a sink and covered counter space. For cooking you'll find a gas grill with a side burner. Relax or enjoy meals at the table and chairs on the patio. Other things to note WE ARE EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE... NEW FREE HIGH SPEED WYFI IS NOW AVAILABLE AT THE ACORN!!! Although there was a smart TV and WYFI in the past, it was slow and not very reliable. We heard you and worked hard to get the issue resolved and finally have great, fast internet service. There is a 48" smart TV with ROKU and all your favorite channels ready for your enjoyment.
