Sunnyhall Bothy is a newly refurbished one-bedroom gem located in the rolling countryside by the Sidlaw Hills. Originally built in 1874 and refurbished to a high standard, this charming cottage provides rural bliss for two people with a king-size master bedroom; large luxurious shower room; fully fitted kitchen; and the wood burning stove in the living room is just the place to relax after a long day out. This beautiful property is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility. The space Sunnyhall Bothy really is the ideal place to escape your busy life and just unwind. It is amazingly peaceful with grass paddocks to the front where Sandy’s sheep graze and there are stunning views down to Round Loch and Long Loch. Sandy has taken great care to retain the original character of The Bothy which was built in 1874. There is solid oak flooring throughout and the wood-burning stove is everything you need after a walk in the hills. The comfy kingsize bed will give you a great nights sleep and the modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower and plenty space. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, a combi-oven with microwave and grill and the original Belfast sink. All normal kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc are provided too. There is wifi and mobile signal strength can vary depending on your provider. We are dog friendly, but ask that you contact us before you book to let us know how many dogs you would like to bring and what type. We also request that dogs do not go on the furniture and insist that they are kept out of the bedroom. If Sandy’s dogs are out and about when you arrive you will be greeted enthusiastically.
