Chalet 41: Ski-in/out Schladming-Reiteralm

Home in Austria Chalet 41 - directly at the Reiteralm valley station Chalet for eight people (children only from 12 years - due to the design not suitable for smaller children). 300 meters to the Reiteralm valley station 'Silver Jet'. Direct access to the 4-mountain ski resort Schladming with over 120 kilometers of perfectly prepared slopes. The four ski mountains (Reiteralm as well as Hochwurzen, Planai and Hauser Kaibling) of the Schladming 4-mountain ski area offer perfectly groomed slopes. The space Luxurious chalet – top equipment for relaxing and feeling good: - Ski cellar and covered storage for bicycles or other sports equipment - 4 car parking spaces - two of them covered - Powerful Wi-Fi throughout the house - Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, induction stove, microwave, oven, raclette, waffle iron, toaster, fondue, milk frother, electric orange press. - Large fridge-freezer combination, coffee maker, plenty of wine glasses... - 4 double bedrooms in chalet style with lots of old wood and large wardrobes. Beds are partially oversized and each with ONE double duvet in oversized size. - Private sauna with infrared panel and shower - One bathrobe per person available - 2 bathrooms plus 2 guest toilets and another shower in the sauna area - Spacious living and dining area with open kitchen and lots of wooden floors - Large, brick fireplace provides cozy warmth and a long-lasting fire - Large TV (with Netflix app for your own login) - Floor heating in the entire house - Attention: there is NO washing machine available (some guests assume there is one and are then surprised on site) Guest access On the property there are 4 parking spaces - two of them covered. Restaurants, ski school and Intersport with ski rental service (also possible online in advance) within walking distance. The gondola is 300 meters away. Other things to note The nearest supermarket is in the direction of Schladming. Reachable by car in about 8 minutes (not possible on foot!). Fresh rolls: Can be purchased directly opposite at Gasthof Brunner (in the morning between 7 am and 9 am). From quantities over 8 rolls, please let us know or order the day before. Registration requirement: According to the provisions of the Registration Act, each guest must be registered within 24 hours of arrival by entering the guest register and must be deregistered accordingly upon departure. We, as hosts, are responsible for ensuring compliance. According to the Styrian Overnight Stay Act, an overnight stay tax of €2.50 per night/per person (since Nov. 22) is also levied. This fee is already included in the price and will be paid by us directly to the City of Schladming. We ask our guests to fill out the reporting forms in advance or to provide us with the data. We declare all overnight income for tax purposes.
