The space The House: 'Your Home Away From Home' The residence is situated at the front of the property, overlooking a large dam and capturing the coastal breeze. Enjoy the spacious living areas, featuring four generous bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, a laundry room, a games room, and both formal and informal dining areas with bluegum timber flooring. Outdoor Entertaining: • Wraparound Deck: Relax on the sun loungers, cook with the BBQ, dine at the outdoor table, and soak up the views from the wraparound deck. • Fire Pit: Stay warm and stargaze in the winter months by the fire pit overlooking the dam and paddocks. • Indoor Fireplace: Enjoy cozy evenings with a wine by the indoor combustion fireplace. Indoor Amenities: • Separate Living Areas: A privacy door separates the formal and informal entertaining areas, each equipped with TVs, Wi-Fi, and board games. • Modern Kitchen: Cook up a storm in the modern kitchen featuring a 6-burner gas cooktop, oven, microwave, rice cooker, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster. • Essentials: Staples such as cooking oil, salt, pepper, sugar, paper towels, aluminium foil, and plastic wrap will be provided. • Linens: All bed sheets, doonas, blankets, and bath towels are supplied for your stay. For longer stays, the laundry can be used (bring your own detergent). Plenty of parking space and water points to clean gear. • Firewood: Ample firewood is provided. • Starlink & 5G Mobile Coverage: Fantastic Wi-Fi connection & speed including mobile coverage throughout the house for those that intend on ‘working from home’. • Our gorgeous swing can do found in the white sliding cupboard in the formal lounge area. Perfect for babies and toddlers from 6 months (once sitting up alone) to kids around 8 years old, the swing is safe for 1 child up to 75kg. Important Notes: • Fire Season: Absolutely no fires are permitted when windy or during the NSW Rural Fire ban period (October 1st - March 31st). • Security Cameras: A SWANN surveillance system is active on the external house roof, overlooking the paddocks and front driveway only. • Damages: Any property damage or misuse will be charged back to the lead guest. • Functions & Parties: Hens, Bucks, large parties and weddings are not permitted. • Farm Maintenance: Southern Stars Farm is a working farm (beef cattle), and occasionally livestock may need tending to. We strive to minimise disturbances during bookings, but if farm staff need to attend, we will provide ample notice and details of the visit. • Restricted Access: Guests have 100% occupancy of the property for their stay.
