Tennis & basketball court as well as a dog park directly behind our home. Partake in the many events sponsored by our fire house. Fishing, kayaking. Located within 20 minutes to 5 hospitals and only 10 minutes to 4 grocery stores as well as many more restaurants. A quiet spot, but close to so much. Comfy full size bed The space Super comfy and soft full bed with under bed storage, closet, dresser, separate towels, tv, wifi. Access to all common spaces in listing. Room on second floor so not recommended for elderly, small children or those with mobility issues Guest access Everything in town is accessible by walking. Safe on street parking (free) as well as more private parking in the rear (also free). Metro North is a block away to go into New Haven, locations north or NYC.
