You can surely make the most of your stay at our beachside cottage. Whatever purpose brings you - leisure/work/necessity - our welcoming space will greet you. Absorb beautiful lake views from the upper deck or from the lower deck where the hot tub can be enjoyed year-round, rain or shine. Summer: enjoy your own beach & fire pit/swim/kayak/SUP; explore nearby hiking trails/zip lining/golfing/fishing. Winter: access snowmobile trails from the house; enjoy nearby skiing/snowshoeing/snowboarding. The space The house is located on a residential street with neighbors on each side. Plenty of parking is available in front of the house. The upper level of the house contains 2 bedrooms (double & queen), living room, kitchen, dining room, full bathroom, 2 main closets and access to the garage. You can access the upper deck from a side door in the main part of the house, or patio doors in the queen bedroom. You can also access the backyard and lower level of the house from outside. In the attached garage you will find the kayaks and bikes, along with assorted life jackets and 2 bike helmets available for your use. The lower level of the house contains 1 bedroom (king), living room, wet bar, laundry room, storage room (no guest access) and full bathroom. You can access the lower deck from the patio doors in the living room or in the king bedroom, which is where you will find our hot tub. You can also access the stairs that go down to the beach from this level. The king bedroom is downstairs and has patio doors where you can walk out to the lower deck and hot tub, with a lake view. There is a cabinet that opens to a fireplace as well. The queen bedroom is upstairs and has patio doors where you can walk out to the upper deck. Beautiful lake view. The double bedroom is upstairs, beside the queen room. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers and folding luggage racks. Two robes with two pairs of slippers are also provided in each room for your use. Blackout curtains are provided in the king and queen bedrooms. There are 2 sitting areas, upstairs and downstairs, with fireplaces. Both areas have Smart TVs with Bell Fibe TV and Internet as well as Bose Bluetooth speakers. Downstairs there is a convenient wet bar area with a mini fridge and bar sink. The laundry room is downstairs and contains full-sized washer and dryer. Laundry supplies are provided. Iron/ironing board and drying rack are available for your use. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you should need to prepare a meal. There is a Keurig coffee machine and a kettle. Coffee and tea are provided, along with various spices and condiments. The fridge has an interior water dispenser, and the drawer freezer has a built-in ice maker. There is also a Margaritaville frozen drink maker!
