The home is all electric- no gas or propane. Our 1 acre pound serves as a natural resource for local and migrating birds and other animals that use it as a watering source, you'll see deer, rabbits, birds, frogs, and fish depending upon the season. When needed, additional electric is seamlessly pulled from the grid. The basement is a huge retreat for children or adults! Complete with an arcade room with classics- Pac Man, NBA Jam, ski-ball and basketball. Turn on the LED lights for a real Dave & Busters experience, or enjoy the pool table/ ping pong , ​couches and large screen tv. Plenty of space for family to gather and have a good time! The home has 9 Bedrooms including 2 bunkrooms to accommodate 26 guests. All the mattresses, pillows and linen are brand new. The main floor master is very spacious, with a king bed that has an 84 inch wingback headboard, a loveseat, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. Each floor has a master (king or queen bed), a full bathroom, and a room with twin beds, so 3 families can each stay on their own floor with privacy. First floor includes 3 bedrooms (one is a master), open kitchen, 2 living rooms, dining room, and fireplace. Second floor includes 1 Queen room, 1 bunkroom with 4 bunks. Basement includes game room, pool table, 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. We have service for 24 in the house, including: dishware, flatware, drinking glasses and mugs . 22 Piece Knife Block Set, cutting boards, mixing bowls. Pots: 12 qt stock pot, 1qt, 2qt, 5qt pots. Fry Pans: 8 (x2), 9.5 (x2), and 11-Inch. Baking pans: 3x Oblong 9 x 13 in. ; Loaf 8.5 x 4.5 ; Round 9 in. ; Baking sheet 13.2 x 9.25 in.; muffin pan 6-cup capacity. Six 10x13 oval serving dishes and two 11 inch serving bowls. There are also 3 additional folding tables and 14 folding chairs to accommodate your group. We keep the kitchen clean, so we don't stock oil, spices, flour, or other food items, FYI. There may be coffee grounds and filters from prior guests. Kitchen has dish soap, dishwasher pods, paper towel and garbage bags. Also additional dish towels and dish clothes if the paper towel runs out. There is a barbeque grill for guests provided as a courtesy. Please make sure to obtain propane if needed. There may or may not be propane left from a prior guest. Bathrooms have toilet paper and hand soap. Toiletries (shampoo, body wash etc.) are not included, please bring your favorites! Please no partying or excessive noise! There is a neighbor just across the way, please be respectful. Instacart now delivers in this area. Shoprite, walmart, aldi and many others deliver. Minimum age to rent is 28. Guest access Code provided at check in. Please do not drive or park on the grass. MAX 4 cars allowed. (10 cars in the driveway makes it clear to neighbors that a big party is happening) There is free municipal parking in swan lake just 5 min away. In winter- the driveway is steep. We have a plow service and a salt service but some guests may find it difficult if it gets icy. In an effort to prevent frat parties, graduation parties etc. we've recently added exterior security cameras and a noise monitor. 99% of guests are awesome and considerate.
