Barossa house in the vines & stunning valley view!

The essence of Barossa living! Fantastic valley view over the vines. Nestled in the bush but only 5 minutes from Tanunda and Nuriootpa. Relax with the whole family at this modern family home with stunning outdoor entertaining area and hot tub overlooking the valley. All the amenities set on 5 acres; the perfect country retreat! The space Modern family home; 4 bedrooms - master & ensuite with king bed, 2 queen bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 singles. (Unfortunately the king/queen beds cannot be split into singles) Large open fully equipped kitchen, lounge with uninterrupted views over the valley and workstation for the home office. Double glazed throughout and reverse cycle air con for cosy comfort! Outdoor entertaining area with fire pit overlooking the valley, undercover hot tub, large outdoor dining table under shade sail and bbq. There is plenty of parking, so space for a caravan or 2! We use local products from Vasse Virgin @ Seppeltsfield - shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Highly recommend visiting! **PLEASE NOTE** Fire pit is strictly not to be used from the 1st Nov - 30th April due to fire ban season. Please be respectful and understanding- thank you. Guest access Beds will be made up per the number of guests booked. If booking less than 8 guests, please let us know if you’d like the 2 single beds made up instead of one of the queen beds. Check in is fully contactless. Check in/check out times could be flexible depending on other adjacent bookings; pls enquire and we’ll aim to accommodate! Other things to note 4G phone reception and high speed NBN wifi. Majority of HD streaming services available to guests (Disney, Netflix, Stan) and full public television service. We hope the location, comfort of the house and the outdoor entertaining area with hot-tub provide the pizazz you’re looking for, for your vacation! We did used to provide some food basics to add to the welcome however there was varying use by guests resulting in a lot of avoidable food waste. Therefore we have stopped providing anything more than the basic cooking oils, coffee/tea, salt & pepper, milk and sugar. Supermarkets are very close by, as are all of the amazing restaurants. We just want to manage expectations and hope the exclusion of such doesn’t detract from your expectations of the experience! We ask if you could please be respectful and keep the noise to a minimum after 10pm as noise becomes very loud and echo’s as you are located in a valley. There are animals in the field next door, we kindly ask if you could please be friendly to them and DO NOT feed.
