Private garden with seating and gas BBQ, backs on to peaceful farmers field with sheep. Downstairs: Open plan kitchen/dining room with new Samsung appliances leading to huge patio, kids playroom, living room, home office, Upstairs: 5 bedrooms with two full bathrooms inc. two rooms with super king beds and panoramic views of the country The space Welcome to use full kitchenware, washing machine/tumble dryer, bbq. Bedsheets/towels will be provided. Kitchen features a large American fridge/freezer, double oven, air fryer, microwave, stove, warming drawer, boiling water tap, coffee machine and breakfast bar. Strictly NO SMOKING inside or outside of the property. Guest access Guests will be sent code for the key box shortly before their stay which will allow them access to the property. Guests can access all areas except for garage. Please refrain from entering the fields to the rear of the property, past the vegetable patches. Other things to note We have two offices with computer monitors and large desks which are well suited to home working. High speed internet. National footpaths across farmers fields with stunning scenic views across rolling hills is just 20 yards from the entrance to the house (down the hill). We are unable to have smoking either inside or outside in the garden or front of the house as this transfers to the furnishings. This is a strict requirement.
