A full laundry room, front deck with outdoor eating area, and a fire pit in the backyard for evening relaxing! For your convenience there is a permanent charcoal grill. The Keurig and crockpot are a few of the extra additions to the kitchen that will make your stay easy! Basic cable in the living room and smart TV in the den . Clean and updated. Towels , Hand Towels , washcloths, and all bed linens included. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes , cups , and cooking utensils. Guest access 3 Bedrooms w/ a bed in each. And Gameroom/Den with two futons. Entire home , entire paved driveway, plus additional rock driveway with fire pit and grill Other things to note This property is adjacent to a main road HWY 52, and less than a mile from Lorton Lick rd, we also live off a small quiet road. We ask that you respect our neighbors and refrain from parties or disruptive behavior. You can access HWY 52 from our front yard with an atv , please stay to the left of the rock/boulders which mark our property line. Toilet paper , paper towels , shampoo and soap are provided. Coffee , sugar and honey for your first morning will also be available . Laundry detergent, dish detergent, and sponges. Ready for your arrival !
