Home in Glenville

Our property has been recently renovated. We are located in western North Carolina in the small town of Glenville. It’s about 4 miles from the crossroads of Cashiers and about 14 miles from Main Street in Highlands. We overlook Lake Glenville from our house on top of Sunset Ridge and are only 2 miles from the marina where you can rent a boat, kayak, and many other water toys! Our home elevation is over 4200. The space Guests may use all the air conditioned and heated space, patios, and front/backyard. The only space that is not included in the rental space is the unfinished basement space as well as the locked/zip tied cabinet and closet doors. Other things to note Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in or around the home. (Medical reasons)
