No.12 has 3 spacious bedrooms with hotel bed linen and bathroom with bath and shower over, lounge and kitchen diner. Hand towels are provided and bath towels are available at a small extra charge if you do not wish to bring your own. The kitchen is properly equipped with all the essential items you'd expect and has a large fridge-freezer and washer dryer. The house is within easy walking distance of ten pin bowling, multiplex cinema, sports centres, shopping village and lots of great places to eat out. All-in-all it's an affordable, comfortable home in an ordinary but convenient neighbourhood - no frills but many advantages. To complete the facilities, parking is easily available a few steps from the front door. Guest access Guests have the private use of the house and there are no shared spaces. There's a small garden to the front and outdoor space at the back which is still 'a work in progress'. Other things to note The houses are oddly built 'back to front' and you'll be provided with detailed directions to enable you to park just steps front of the house house to avoid any confusion with your 'Satnav'.
