Tucked in the woods on the edge of Belton Lake awaits a cabin-style home. This home is pure relaxation and invites you to leave the world behind. Your vacation home includes sleeping for up to eight and two full kitchens, two decks overlooking Lake Belton, WiFi and DirectTV. We welcome the whole family, including your four-legged members limited to two dogs. Close to Fort Hood, Salado and UMHB. There are restaurants and many other area attractions. The space Lake Belton is second to none for beauty and serenity. Whether you want to bring your boat, kayak or just float in one of the numerous coves, this is the lake for you. Lake Belton is known for "ski alley" with water as smooth as glass and the most beautiful sunsets you may ever see. A great lake for fishing off the shore or in a boat or kayak. This home is close to two public-access boat ramps (Rogers Park is less than one mile from the home). Two marinas on the lake offer gas and snacks. Guest access This home is rented in its entirety. You will have access to two full kitchens, two baths, two floors with sitting areas and outside decks. Upstairs has a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper couch in the living room. Downstairs has a queen bed in the bedroom and a roll out queen sleeper for the living room. We also offer a barbecue area complete with a propane grill. A large fire pit is available for use when there is not a burn ban in order. SMORES!! There is parking on the property, including a covered parking area for larger items such as trailered boats. Other things to note Please keep in mind that this home is in the woods and can have the possibility of wild animals (deer, squirrels, snakes, and others). Additionally, the terrain is rough and rocky, which we believe adds to the charm.
