The Tiki House at Sparks Marina

The Tiki House is just two doors down from her Sister property The Pirate House. The large 3 BR (plus bonus room) 3 1/2 bath can accommodate up to 8 people. Located at the bustling Sparks Marina with Casinos, Restaurants, the Legends mall, Imax, Wild Island amusement park and many other attractions just minutes walk out your back door. Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, walking/jogging path dog park and amazing views of the Sierras are just a few more bonuses found just outside your back door! The space The Tiki House is the Sister property to the well known Pirate Escape and the Venetian Villa. Located in a surprisingly quiet neighborhood only feet from the lake, you can enjoy the 2 mile walking/biking path that circles the Marina. Fish from right outside the back door, go for a leisurely swim in the lake that is filtered and cleaned by a $30 million filtration system. The house is located just 5 minutes from the I80 freeway and can get to just about anywhere in Reno in 10-15 minutes. Lake Tahoe is only a 45 minute drive. Access to all of the Areas events is easy and convenient including, Hot August Nights, Street Vibes, Best in the West Rib Cook off, The International Camel Races and many, many more!!! The Home has 3 bedrooms with 2 kings in the 2 master suites with one master suite also featuring a full size futon and a queen bed in the third bedroom. There is also a common area with a futon as well. This is a two story home with all the sleeping areas upstairs. Guest access Guests have full access to the property. There are two kayaks, 2 paddle boards and 4 cruiser bikes in the garage for guest use free of charge as a courtesy and not included in the price of the rental. Please note that availability of bikes, kayaks and paddle boards are not guaranteed. Other things to note We welcome your pets. However, please be advised that there is an additional fee of $25 per pet per day. This fee will be billed SEPARATELY via an Airbnb alteration request and must be paid in advance. Guests with pets acknowledge that they will clean up after their pets and pet fee is not a cleaning fee. Thank you. Please note that unless a Late check out is requested and approved in advance, a late check out fee of $50 per hour will be assessed against the deposit. Host provides basic coffee and assorted supplies, basic toiletries, cleaning supplies and dishwashing soap/detergent. Host does not provide (unless left by previous guests) snacks or food, bottled water or other refreshments, condiments, seasoning and spices. Cooking oils or butter, etc. Laundry detergent or fabric softener.
