“La Cohetera” is an old farmhouse, completely surrounded by rice fields, located in the Ebro Delta Natural Park. Renovated in 2022 to combine maximum comfort with the luxury of living in the heart of nature: rice fields, wetlands, native fauna and flora, wild beaches... Ideal for spending a few days with family or friends... It offers the experience of the delta in multiple ways: Outdoor activities, disconnecting and relaxing or the privilege of a few days of work with views :). The space We are located in the heart of the Ebro Delta Natural Park, 3 km from Migjorn Beach (still a wild beach) and 11 km from Sant Jaume d'Enveja. The house has 2 floors, on the ground floor it has a modern kitchen open to a cozy living-dining room with panoramic views of the rice fields, 2 bedrooms, with a queen size bed, and 2 full bathrooms; On the second floor we find a large attic room. The master bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom and the second bathroom is in the hallway. Going up some stairs, preserved from the original house, we access a large bedroom with 2 single beds and a small living room, where you can enjoy incomparable views of the rice fields and the Island of Buda. With good weather it is best to enjoy the outdoor areas, where you can eat, barbecue, read, play cards, have a coffee and chat or simply observe nature, with total privacy. Guest access "La Cohetera" has a modern, fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop (no oven), a DolceGusto coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a refrigerator. It is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning to ensure comfort year-round. The house has two outdoor areas. One to leave vehicles and bicycles and the other, under the shade of the trees and with a large table and a barbecue where you can enjoy the incomparable exclusivity, peace and disconnection that this house offers us... PLEASE DO NOT ALLOW PETS ON BEDS OR SOFAS. * It is advisable to apply some ANTI-MOSQUITO LOTION, especially at sunset. * The house is situated on a property dedicated to rice cultivation. Access to it is by private dirt roads. At some times in the crop cycle, it is possible to find a closed metal barrier. In these cases, just open the barrier and, once the vehicle has passed, close it again. * We remind you that the house is located in an agricultural and fishing area, so at specific times, you may find machinery or personnel working nearby or passing through. * The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price of the stay.
