Come and be apart of Stokes Croft life whilst staying in a comfortable, bright and book-filled flat positioned in a vibrant setting amongst Bristol life - just a stones throw from some of the most popular amenities the city has to offer. There is an abundance of cafes, bars, restaurants, independent shops and street art in short walking distance in local communities such as St. Pauls, Stokes Croft, Montpelier and renowned Harbourside. The space Sleep as long as you like in the comfy double bedroom, take a bubble bath in the colourful, plant-filled bathroom, browse the flat's walk-through library or relax in the lounge with a coffee over a book, board game or entertainment from the Smart TV. Or if you're here to work, catch-up on emails at one of two dedicated desk areas, and there's strong Wifi throughout the flat. Visitor parking permits can be purchased and provided for parking on a range of streets close to the flat. Double Bedroom: - Comfy double bed with all linen provided, plus extra blankets available - Hanging and folding storage spaces - Hairdryer, hangers and full length mirror Lounge: - A Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus and Now TV - Comfortable armchair and sofa (which can also pivot to being a double sofa bed) - 100s of books to browse and read - Small selection of board games Hall: I work in the book industry and there are 1000+ books to choose from in a walk-through library area - they're yours to enjoy while you're here. - Space for 2 bikes, luggage and your coats/shoes - Washing machine, drying racks, ironing board. Kitchen: - Oven, 4 ring electrical hob, microwave, kettle and toaster - Breville smoothie maker - Spacious fridge-freezer - Dishwasher - Iron - Full sets of pans, crockery, glassware and cutlery - A range of spices, oils and breakfast items provided Bathroom: - Full sized bath - Good shower - All toiletries and towels provided (Accessibility: there are 3 steps up into the flat from street.) Guest access Access is via a key box This is my home so you'll see some of my personal possessions around but you'll have drawers and hanging space of your own to unpack into and I want you to feel completely at home here. Help yourselves to all toiletries, the spices, oils, tea/coffee provided and don't hesitate to let me know if you're struggling to find or use anything. Other things to note As a one bed flat, the space is best designed for use by a single guest or couple. You can get up to 4 people staying by making use of the sofa bed but please be aware it'll be a snug fit! If you plan to be out exploring most of the time and just need the sleeping space, this will work but if you want to fully relax and enjoy the space, up to 2 people is ideal.
