Just a stone's throw from some of the city's most popular attractions, you'll be perfectly placed to explore an abundance of cafés, bars, restaurants, independent shops, and world-famous street art. Local neighbourhoods, including Stokes Croft, St Paul's, Montpelier, and the Harbourside, are all within walking distance, making this an ideal base for experiencing the best of Bristol! The space Sleep as long as you like in the comfy double bedroom, unwind with a bath in the colourful, plant-filled bathroom, or browse the flat's walk-through library before settling into the lounge with a coffee, book, a board game, or your favourite show on the TV. If you're visiting for work, you'll find two dedicated desk areas perfect for remote working, with fast, reliable Wi-Fi available throughout the flat. 🏠SOCIAL SPACES & ENTERTAINMENT Relax and unwind in the living area, which features a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, and NOW TV. There is a comfortable armchair and sofa, which can also be converted into a double sofa bed. You'll also find hundreds of books to browse and enjoy during your stay, along with a small selection of board games for some relaxed indoor entertainment. 🍳KITCHEN The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including an oven, four-ring electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a smoothie maker. You'll also find a spacious fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and iron, along with full sets of pans, crockery, glassware, and cutlery. A selection of spices, cooking oils, and breakfast essentials is also provided. 🛏️BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS The bedroom features a comfy double bed with all linen provided. There is plenty of storage space for your belongings, and extras such as a hairdryer, hangers, and a full-length mirror are provided for your convenience. The bathroom features a full-sized bath with a good shower, providing the perfect space to relax or refresh. Fresh towels and a selection of complimentary toiletries are provided for your comfort and convenience. 🚗PARKING & LOCATION Visitor parking permits can be purchased and provided for parking on a range of streets close to the flat. 📝THINGS TO NOTE • Space for 2 bikes, luggage and your coats/shoes • Washing machine, drying racks, ironing board • Accessibility: there are 3 steps up into the flat from street Guest access Access is via a key box This is my home so you'll see some of my personal possessions around but you'll have drawers and hanging space of your own to unpack into and I want you to feel completely at home here. Help yourselves to all toiletries, the spices, oils, tea/coffee provided and don't hesitate to let me know if you're struggling to find or use anything. Other things to note As a one bed flat, the space is best designed for use by a single guest or couple. You can get up to 4 people staying by making use of the sofa bed but please be aware it'll be a snug fit! If you plan to be out exploring most of the time and just need the sleeping space, this will work but if you want to fully relax and enjoy the space, up to 2 people is ideal.
