Casa Giordano is an independent apartment located in a strategic position in the city of Caserta. The accommodation is new, renovated and recently furnished and is located in a quiet and peaceful condominium, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Within walking distance: - about 10 minutes to the center of Caserta - about 12 minutes to the Royal Palace of Vanvitelli - about 8 minutes to the train station - about 5 minutes to the "Luigi Vanvitelli" University. The space The 35 sqm apartment is located on the ground floor of a 70s condominium, consisting of a comfortable bedroom with a standard double bed and a large closet; a bathroom complete with all comforts ,including a glass shower cabin, bidet; a small well-equipped kitchen and a large balcony overlooking the courtyard inside the building. All rooms have windows . The accommodation is equipped with a 12,000 btu hot/cold air conditioner, present in the bedroom, the kitchen is not directly heated/cooled, but uses the heat/cold emanating from the air conditioner in the bedroom. Only during the coldest months (December, January and February) is the bathroom equipped with a convector heater. The apartment is equipped with: TV, hairdryer and kettle. The kitchen includes : fridge, stainless steel stove top, pots ,dishes, mocha, oil , salt, pepper ,coffee for mocha, tea and sugar . They are provided free of charge: shower gel, shampoo, hand soap and household cleaning products, bedding, towels and dish towels in the kitchen. THERE IS NO WI-FI NETWORK IN THE ACCOMMODATION.
