Peaceful desert view! New clean home in Wickenburg

2021 built home in a wonderful newer neighborhood located on the first foothill just above downtown Wickenburg. Panoramic views. Vacation Rental with all appliances, kitchen utensils, linens, etc. 2 car garage. Room for RV and toys. The space The clean three bedroom home is fully furnished with a comfortable king bed and full en-suite with two sinks and a walk in closet in the master bedroom. The guest rooms have queen beds with firm memory foam mattresses and blackout shades. Ceiling fans in two bedrooms. The living room has a smart TV, electric fireplace and sofa. The kitchen is convenient with a dishwasher, pantry, toaster, crock pot, bake wear, wine glasses, single serve Keurig or 4 cup drip coffee maker. We think we’ve thought of everything but if not, just ask and we’ll figure out how to make anything work within reason. The backyard has a propane BBQ - might have to fill the tank at the local hardware store if previous guests left you empty, an outdoor dining area, and a seating area to listen for the train and watch the light of sunset change the colors on the mountains. Make use of the two car garage to keep your car out of the sun or monsoon rain! Make yourself at home but be conscious of our neighbors. Nothing loud or obtrusive at night. No one on the property unless approved by host. No parties. Wickenburg requires low down-turned light at night to protect the unforgettable night sky views. My husband is an accomplished western artist working in oil, acrylic, and pencil. As he completes paintings and drawings, we will cycle a few to display in the home for your viewing…if he can tear himself away European soccer and Formula One long enough to paint . Other things to note It’s a nicely laid-out clean and comfortable 1300+ square foot home with open outdoor space to enjoy the view and dark starry skies, but it backs to open space which means that city folks might be surprised to learn we can’t guarantee a rattle snake or coyote or some other desert animal might not happen by. Watch carefully where you step and boots are always a good idea in Wickenburg. There’s a far off sound of a lonely train once in a while. We love the sound but if you don’t, Wickenburg might not be for you!
