Stay on a lovely, peaceful, quiet 20-acre working horse farm in a private-entrance studio apartment. A very comfortable queen sized bed awaits you with soft sheet and fluffy towels. Small kitchenette, fridge, microwave, and toaster oven and bathroom with shower. Only 8 minutes to downtown Aiken, conveniently located in a quiet part of town. The space This clean and cozy studio apartment is over the garage on a working horse farm. Guests enter thru a private entrance with a dedicated parking spot. This open space studio has a kitchen area with fridge, microwave, keurig coffee machine,and toaster oven. There is a full bath (shower, no tub) with towels. There is one sweet dog on the property who spends most of her time at the barn with me. She is beautiful mixed breed who loves farm life. Guest access You are welcome to take a walk on the farm. There are no horses to rent to ride, but a ground work experience in the round pen could be arranged if you'd like to learn more about the nature of horses. Other things to note Sometimes, there is room for one or two horses in a paddock with a shelter for an additional $30 per night per horse.
