Very quiet and secured location, with trees and gardens around, no through traffic. All communal area in the house and guest room will be cleaned before and after each guest check in and check out. Hand sanitiser is peovided at the entrance. Currently carry out the kitchen renovation and communal area painting, the room rate will be a discounted rate, noise will keep the minimum between 9pm and 10am. Guest access Guest will share a kitchen, utility room. This guest room has newly fitted in ensuite shower room, blackout roller remoter controlled blind. Please feel free to check in yourself if I’m not available to check-in for you. It’s very easy to check-in yourself. I will send you the entrance door code lock code, and the guest bedroom code lock code. Please feel free to contact me anytime if you have any questions. If you have one extra guest, please contact me in advance for confirmation, will be a surcharge of £12 per night for one extra guest. Wash machine is available for the guest to stay more than 7 days' length, for use once a week frequency; Any extra laundry washing will be £7 each time to cover the energy bills; washing product is not provided, please ask if you need help. For less than 7 days’ shorter stay guest will be £10 per wash; If you need help with the laundry washing service, it will be £15 per wash include washing liquid. For using the gas hob for cooking, it will be £5 each time to cover the usage of bills. Thanks. Please not to wear any shoes in the house, in-door slippers are fine but only on ground wood floor or tiles. The property is located in a very secure and quiet neighborhood, no through traffic, with CCTV outside of the property, and inside of the property in communal areas. The main entrance and all bedroom doors have secured code lock. There are two small friendly puppy joined the family for extra security:） To provide competitive rate, and save energy due to highly increased energy cost, heating will start between around mid Oct and mid Mar depends on weather, the heating and hot water are set up at 6:30am, 6:30pm, and 9pm, The temperature is set up between 18C and 19C. If you need extra hour heating or get up early before the heating time, please let me know in advance I will put extra hot water and heating for you, will be extra £5 per hour.
