Cozy rustic forest chalet in the Veluwe (Doornspijk), in a corner of Capfun de Scheepsbel camping park. We have a large private garden. Dogs/pets are welcome! Perfect for visits to Walibi theme park which is about 15 mins drive! We have a large private garden and covered terrace. Park with indoor/outdoors swimming pool and tubes is open from April - September. Lovely walks straight into the forest and heathland, beautiful hiking and biking routes. The space It is a lovely relaxing space with a vintage feel. Lovely wood burning stove, modern kitchen, combination microwave, toaster, coffee maker, fridge etc. Decorated with fun vintage items. All crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, are provided. Also hand soap, salt and pepper and wc paper. Please bring your own coffee granules! Please note the trampoline has been removed. The terrace is a lovely feature where you can enjoy the sun all day! We have one of the largest enclosed completely private garden for dogs and children! The park facilities are free to use, such as the heated covered indoor/outdoor swimming pool (available from 1 April - early September), indoor and outdoor play areas, mini golf and the restaurant. You can rent bikes from reception to cycle through the dunes. This house is 28m2 and best suited for a romantic getaway for a couple or for families with small children. It is not for groups of adults or parties. Officially, there are only 2 double beds and a high cot bed for a toddler/young child under 10 year old. Baby travel cot is provided. No TV or WiFi so we recommend using 'hotspots' and the DVD player- we have lots of children films or bring a chromecast to connect with the TV. Duvets and pillows are provided. PLEASE BRING ALL YOUR OWN BED SHEETS, DUVET COVERS, AND TOWELS! Local supermarket is a 10 minute drive and be aware that Sundays most shops are closed locally. Please bring your own firewood if you would like to use the fire. No smoking in the house please! No music or noise after 11pm, no driving through the park after 11pm. Just contact me if you have any questions about sleeping arrangements - sometimes its possible to accommodate 5 people and we can arrange bedding at an extra cost of 10 euros per bed per stay. (3 beds in total) Guest access Free parking for one car outside the garden gate. Car is recommended to get here. Nearest train station is Nunspeet and it is possible of course to cycle from the station. On arrival at reception of the Park Scheepsbel, please register your names and (in the summer) collect arm bracelets for the swimming pool and restaurant. The key for the house will be in a lock box at the house. The keycard for the car is also at the house (25 euro fine if it is lost). Arrival after 1500 and departure before 1045 please. The chalet is not rented from Holiday Park Capfun De Scheepsbel, but from us, so any questions are communicated directly with us. The colleagues at the reception are of course happy to help guests with general information about the park, the surrounding area, bicycle rental, etc. Important ! Dogs are only allowed on a leash and must also be cleaned up everywhere. Other things to note First bedroom - One comfortable double bed 140 x 200, with window and space for hanging clothes. (bedding size 160 x 200; pillow 70 x 50cm) Second bedroom is small - 2m x 2m and has a small comfortable double 120x200, with window. (bedding size 140 x 200, pillow 70 c 50cm) Limited space and storage! It really is just a bed in this room. The third bedroom is quite narrow and only for children under 10 years old. It has one raised bed which is about 60cm wide by 140cm long for 1 child. Small window. No dogs on the beds please! This is a quiet private camping place with a few neighbours, so it is not suitable for parties or noise...!
