Air conditioned 1000 square foot, light filled studio with full kitchen and private bath in secluded rural setting 5 minutes from I 93 and in between Newfound and Squam Lakes. Ample private parking, private entrance, outdoor lawn with perennial gardens with dining table, chairs and grill. A stream runs through the property with trails alongside of it. Dogs love this place! The space There are two Airbnb units on the property- each with its own private driveway and entrance. The Spacious Country Studio was originally the tai chi studio. It is forty feet long and has windows on all sides and a second door out to the garden area. There is high speed internet and cable tv. Verizon is the best cell provider. The immediate area is very rural, but it is only minutes away from the University, the Flying Monkey, shopping, canoe rentals, and a great variety of excellent restaurants. There is no public transportation- you will need a car, or a bicycle.
