It's important to note, this is not a party house, we have strict after 10PM noise restrictions. Relax in a lush enclosed courtyard or sip a margarita on the expansive patio and enjoy breathtaking views of the golf course, ocean, whale migration and memorable sunsets. Four large master bedroom suites, each with a King Bed, en-suite bath, and oceanfront balcony. Distinctive local decor and colorful Mexican Talavera tile bathroom, gives you absolute privacy and comfort. The unique design makes Villa Nirvana one of the few Bajamar properties that can accommodate up to four couples and offer them all the same superb view, total privacy, and the convenience of their own private bath and balcony. We also offer two additional rooms with a full and two twin beds. The layout is also perfect for the multi-generation family gathering that requires separate sleeping arrangements but allows everyone to experience the closeness of a common living, dining, and entertaining area. We also have a private plunge pool and jacuzzi that offer 180 degree views of the ocean while enjoying the water! The pool deck also includes an outdoor dining area and lawn chairs. The pool is a plunge pool that is meant for wading and cooling down (about 4 1/2 feet deep). The pool and jacuzzi are always covered which keeps them warm when the sun is out, but if you would like the pool or jacuzzi to be even warmer we require a two day lead time before your reservation in order to heat them. We charge $50 a day per amenity. Please note that we can only warm either the pool or the jacuzzi, not both at the same time. The circular glass dining room offers a superb ocean view and has a custom made table and chairs with seating for 10. Topped by a fabulous brick cupola with spectacular indirect lighting as well as a skylight, this dining room will make all of your meals memorable. A separate media (TV) room with 4K UHD TV and a large sofa available for individual entertainment or quiet room for reading or working. For those traveling with families, it's an excellent place for your kids to watch TV and entertain themselves. The furnished patio has its own full ocean view as well as a beautiful built in gas BBQ grill. Stargazing at this property is amazing! We are far away from major cities, and surrounded by mountain ranges that allow you to see the fullness of the sky and milkyway galaxy while listening to the crashing of distant ocean waves. A definite must do while visiting the house! NOTE: THIS IS NOT A "PARTY" HOUSE. GUESTS CAUSING TOO MUCH NOISE WILL BE VISITED BY SITE SECURITY AND ASKED TO LEAVE. IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON HAVING A PARTY THIS IS NOT THE HOUSE FOR YOU. Villa Nirvana is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Out of respect for our neighbors, and to preserve the unique and relaxed aesthetic, it should not be considered as a "party" house. Please limit the number of guests to that agreed on by the contract. Be advised that excessive noise and traffic will invite a response from the community security service. Guest access At arrival you will reach a guard's booth where you will tell them that you are visiting the Montenegro's Villa Nirvana at 6039 Mision San Diego. The guard will then give you access. Once inside the resort you are welcome to use all facilities offered. Note that there is a fee to use the golf driving ranges and to play on the course. It's also important to note that the community also has a pool and pickleball area (we have racquets and balls for guests) that require a code and proof of residence card. The development charges us $100 dollars to replace a lost card, so please do not lose that card in order to avoid having to pay the fee if lost. The 6th room (room near the pool) of the house has it's own separate entrance that requires a code. We will provide you with that code when booking. Other things to note There is a restaurant and bar at the development. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you are looking for local cuisine then the nearest cities are Ensenada to the South, and Rosarito to the North. We recommend bringing food ahead of time since there are no supermarkets nearby.
