This tranquil environment will take your breath away. Besides the tranquillity, you may also be surprised by the local wildlife visiting. Such as Nyala’s,Red Duiker or a Greater Bushbaby at night!! Not to mention the Bass fishing!! Our current record is held by Peet Van Der Schyff, he caught a beauty that weighed in just under 5kg’s!! The space The Cottage is fully equipped with all the basic stuff, and the open plan kitchen#living room makes life easier! The balcony is the spot to be early mornings and late afternoon’s as the sun sets over Pongola. Guest access Access only to the Cottage and the water to go fishing! Other things to note This is a wild environment! We do take measurements to keep the dangerous wildlife away from our guests,but in the case of Snakes and Scorpions or Crocodiles it is not always possible. So caution is advised!! We allow fishing but it is on a strictly catch and release basis only! And Because of the dangerous wildlife, people fish on their own risk!!! And no swimming allowed!!
