Please note this is a modest listing with very minimal amenities. Two of the beds are on the floor and one has a bed frame. There are very few kitchen supplies and therefore it’s ideal for families planning to eat out. The price reflects this. The space This home contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fenced-in yard, garage, kitchen, living room and dining room. Comfortably sleeps 6. We have 2 queen beds (one on floor, one on a bed frame), and 1 full/double bed (on the floor). We have artificial turf in the side yard. Please note that this home has a separate guest suite shares a wall so please be mindful of them during your stay. Guest access You have access to the entire house except the casita (4th bedroom suite) which is being rented to other guests. The casita has a separate entrance on the left side of the house and those guests will be parking on the left side of the driveway. There is a shared door between the casita and rest of the house but that door will be locked and kept shut during your stay. Other things to note Pets are allowed but they are not allowed on furniture or blankets unless they are non-shedding/hypoallergenic animals. Park in the garage on right side or right side of driveway (the left side of driveway is not available).
