*Spend 1 minute to read, there is useful information* Enjoy your stay at this house which is located at the heart of Aegina town. 5 minutes walk from the port and even closer the cafes, restaurants, nightlife and all the main market streets in the center of the island. House of Νeoclassical architecture, located opposite the Metropolitan Church of Aegina (1806) where a few years later in 1828 held there the swearing-in ceremony of Ioannis Kapodistrias as the first Governor of the Greek State. The space Τhe second double bed, is prepared with sheets only if the reservation is more than 2 guests or if 2 guests desire to sleep in seperate beds, (let me know) and it is located at the living room which is consisted by two spaces. 1 main bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 living room is the rest of the house. To get here using g00gle maps, type the address: Mitropoleos 15 Aegina We do not have a private street or garage for car parking, but you can usually find a parking space on the street, at a distance of about one square. Of course, if you are on a motorcycle, you can park on the right side of the road, outside the house. Other things to note Heating (not central heating available) and cooling are provided by the air conditioners (split type A/C's) in the house. Your stay would be on the second floor, access to the roof top is prohibited. The house will be thoroughly cleaned upon your arrival and the cleanliness of the house during your stay, is something you do as much as you want. It would be perfect though to take care of it and keep it clean! For stays more than approximate 10 days, I provide clean sheets and towels weekly, if you wish of course, as a washing machine is available for you and you may want to take care of it yourself. No matter how many days you stay, there is no cleaning that I can provide as host during your stay.
