This guest house is detached and located below the main house. It sits across the street from a hill that leads down to the lake. The driveway will accommodate a boat and outdoor outlet. When going to the lake, as you walk to the left you will pass a chapel in the woods and a nice dock and then a cove trail at the end. Walking right leads you to a lakeside community park. Wifi is super fast! The space Quiet, private and close to the lake. Guest house sits back at end of long driveway against the hill. Everything you need to stay a month or long term stay. Occasionally shorter visits are available. There is a small couch which does not fold out but there is room for a child to sleep. Well trained dogs are welcome. Please offer description and confirm if you have a cage for when you are not there. No cats please! When inquiring please tell me something about you. Where you reside, what brings you to the area, what is your profession. Completing a profile is strongly recommended. If you have not rented using Airbnb in the past, please allow me to qualify you. Guest access Take a left turn into the driveway directly across from the yellow left turn sign. If coming from the other direction you will see the back of the sign. There is an American Flag on the upper house deck. You have your own driveway with 3 steps to the door. There is a keyless combination lock. Other things to note We have a 52” Sony flat tv which can be pulled forward and rotated. We have Apple TV with UTube TV, Netflix, Prime Video and PBS. The place is heated and cooled using a Mitsubishi min split unit which is very quiet! We have a washer and dryer! Mobile garment rack for additional clothes. We have a Keurig coffee maker with regular and decaf coffee, creamer and tea. Snacks and bottled water are also provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking needs. This space is sealed with a dehumidifier in the bathroom for total comfort and turns off when humidity level is met. The kitchen sink does not have a garbage disposal so please throw away all food items into the trash. Also, please don't use anything but toilet paper in the toilet.
