The 1910 house was built in MERGEL, the limestone extracted from the Sint-Pietersberg, which is now protected as a nature reserve. Completely renovated with great attention to detail in 2020-2021. We have reused the authentic elements and materials as much as possible, combined with the most modern techniques, and very architectural, sleek elements. Sauna in. The space Hello! Our house was built in MERGEL, in 1910, but completely renovated. 4 bedrooms with at least 2 hotel beds each, a large bathroom/wellness with sauna (infrared + steam), shower, 2-person bath-with-a-view), and relaxation room. The living kitchen/living room has a kitchen with concrete countertop and all modern appliances, a sitting area with vintage armchairs and chairs, and a beautiful panoramic terrace. The house is on a dead-end street, and at 150 meters you will see the beautiful Sint-Pietersberg. If the ground floor space is not rented, you may also use the partially covered terrace on the ground floor. Feel like kayaking?
