License # T-RENT25-00207 The space Mountain View Retreat at 17 Wildflower has everything you need. - You will be given an access code for the key pad, unique to you and will only work during your stay. - As you enter our newly painted unit, there is plenty of room for your things. - The kitchen welcomes you with every appliance, gadget and gizmo you need: fridge / freezer, dish washer and detergent, water filter, stove/oven, microwave, full knife set, toaster, traditional coffee maker with filters, Keurig, food/beverage blender, pitcher, tea kettle, paper towels, dish soap and sponge, dish towels, drying matt, plates, cups, mugs, bowls, wine glasses, place mats, table ware, serving ware, bottle opener, wine opener, can opener, every utensil needed for cooking and baking, mixer, measuring cups and spoons, non-stick pots and pans, Dutch oven and crock pot with timer so you can set it and forget it. You also have an outdoor grill, utensils, and meat thermometer, hot plates, hot mitts, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, parchment paper, flour, sugar, salt and pepper. In case you feel like baking you have a full set of non-stick bakeware for cookies, cakes, or whatever culinary delight you choose. - The dining area is well appointed with a large pub table and 4 pub chairs. If the table is too formal, there are 2 more pub chairs at the kitchen counter. This is a great place to play games, make puzzles, dice, word search, Origami, coloring book and Crayola crayons, several sets of cards, matt for Texas Hold'em Poker and chips. - In the family room you will enjoy your favorite shows on the 65" Smart TV that can be watched from anywhere on the main floor. Large couches give you the room you need.. You will find an array of brochures from places of interest in the area. You might find your next adventure. Settle into the electric recliner, and charge your mobile device as you enjoy free Wifi or a book. Brand new sliding door, screen and HVAC will keep you stay cool in the summer, and warm in the winter. If you dream of curling up by the fireplace, wood on the deck, fire starter and a lighter are ready when you are. - The deck offers the best mountain view. Enjoy your favorite beverage or snack, and take in the sights and sounds around you. If you listen closely, you will hear a woodpeckers and other local friends. During the warm weather we have a large umbrella to enhance your outdoor experience. - Once you are ready to wind down your day, you can make your way upstairs to the bunk and queen beds. Each bed, layer by layer, will make you feel oh-so cozy, help you wake up rejuvenated, and ready for the day. There is plenty of storage under the bunk bed, under both sides of the the queen bed, in the dresser, and in the closet. - In the closet you will find an oscillating tower fan, laundry basket, iron, and ironing board. - The washer/dryer are there for your convenience along with the detergent and fabric softener. - In the bathroom, each guest will enjoy a 4 pc deluxe towel set: 1888 Mills luxuriously soft, two-ply, ring-spun, combed-cotton, made in the USA. Mountain Escape hand soap, conditioning shampoo, and shower gel are also included. After a along day, choose from 6 variable speed shower sprays to help you relax. The bathroom is also equipped with a hair dryer and a full length mirror. - Outside, there is plenty of green space to play, wildflowers to be admired, wildlife to be enjoyed. - For added safety, when you venture outside at night, an automatic motion light will illuminate your way down the stairs. Guest access - Parking is free and adjacent to the unit. - Entry to our unit is up the outdoor central staircase to the 2nd floor. That is the main floor of the unit. Once inside, the bedrooms and bath are on the 3rd floor. - As you exit our community and come upon the main road (Rt 219) , Holiday Valley Resort is to your left (5 minutes walking), HoliMont Ski Club is to the right 10 minutes by car, and downtown Ellicottville to your right, is an easy walk from our unit. There are sidewalks all the way to town. Other things to note Mountain View Retreat at 17 Wildflower is under new ownership, and we couldn't be more excited to share our Retreat with you.
