Cozy Home in the Winter-Wonderland

Historic home, built around turn of 20th century, this old house has good bones. Located just a block from the sturgeon river and about 35 minutes to Mackinaw City and the Mackinac Bridge, ideally located for snowmobiling fishing and visiting the surrounding places of Indian River, Petosky, and Gaylord. Bear and Deer hunting on state land near by. A true Winterwonderland. The space There is a forced air furnace as well as a natural gas stove for winter heat. The place warms right up. Sleeping arrangements include a bunk bed (two beds), a fouton and a Blow up Matress for the floor, as well as a double bed in the upper room. Guest access Parking in the Driveway for two vehicles. Access to the upper room is outside to the stairs.
