Kick back & relax in this stylish, African-themed contemporary private space. Your space is divided from the main house, giving you the feeling of privacy for the price of a shared space. It's perfect for individual travelers, couples, or friends for short or long stays. We are located in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood w/ access to local restaurants & activities. The space - Private bedroom and bathroom in newly renovated townhome - Private entrance with keyless lock - Private kitchenette and lounge area - Shared washer/dryer (accessible through lounge area) - Desk in bedroom - Flat-screen TV with Amazon FireStick (Access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max, and Disney+ provided. Hulu and other apps available but no account access provided.) - Echo Dot with Alexa available for music, alarm, weather, etc. - Covered patio area with seating - Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each guest Guest access Note about interaction and access: We'd like to give our guests as much privacy as possible, especially due to the pandemic, so access to the main house, including the main kitchen, is prohibited. We've set up a kitchenette where guests will have access to a stove-top/hot plate, mini-fridge and freezer, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, and coffee/tea maker (with complimentary coffee and tea available). We’ve also provided pots and pans, plates/bowls, cups, cutlery, and other kitchen supplies for making light meals. Guests will not have access to a kitchen sink but the bathroom sink is very close by and available to wash dishes and get access to water if needed. Free parking is available in designated visitor parking lots around the townhome complex. Spaces are limited so we advise you to limit the number of vehicles to 1-2. There is also free on-street parking outside of the complex. The neighborhood is also very walkable with several walking trails and parks where you may want to take a bike and ride. Other things to note Note about our dog: We have a dog in our home, but she is quiet and will stay out of sight, on the second floor of our townhome. She is very sweet and friendly but will have no access to your shared or private spaces. She does get excited when guests come so you may hear a bark or two upon arrival but she will be upstairs behind a pet gate and is never allowed in the designated areas for guests.
