My classic and eclectic abode is such a special spot, tucked away at the end of a cul de sac, you feel a million miles away, but really you're just 5 stoplights away from Carytown. You are welcome to stay to attend an event but my house is not to be used to host events of any kind. The space Home is approximately 3000 sq ft, set on 1.3 acres. With 3x bedrooms and 3x bathrooms, and a basement area multi-use area. Bedroom have the following arrangements: #1 with 1x King bed, #2 with 1x Queen bed, #3 with 1x Queen and 1x Double bed. Property notes: the Kanawaha canal borders the southside of the property, and a small creek borders to the west. There is an active railway on the opposite side of the canal, that is owned and operated by CSX. Only trains using the line are industrial (coal/shipping container,) no Amtrak or passenger trains. There is no regular train schedule, some days no trains, some days a few. For guests traveling for events around Richmond the house is: 3 mins from the Univ. of Richmond, 10-12 mins from Regency Mall, 15-20 mins from Tuckahoe Plantation, 20-25 mins from Short Pump Town Center, 15 mins from Carytown/The Fan, 20-25 mins from VCU/Brown's Island/Downtown, 25-35 mins from Richmond International Airport Guest access Guests will have full access to entire home level, patio, and yard. A portion of the basement area is kept locked. Other things to note Breaking of any house rules, such as having ANY additional guests on the property not on the reservation, will result in fees ($50/per person) and/or loss of deposit. Please be aware of this before booking my home. Stairs: There are 2x sets of 4-5 stairs to enter the home. The first set lead up to the front patio, and the second set up to the front door. .
