Please do not stay here if you have any severe pet allergies. ♦Only registered guests allowed on premises. Sorry, no parties, pets or children under 12. If these rules are broken, it will result in a termination of reservation and a $300 fine plus damages (if applicable). ♦For your security, there are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the home, and please be advised that they are monitored 24/7. ♦Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. If there is any evidence of you having smoked inside, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $300. ♦Trash is picked up on Tuesday morning. If your stay includes a Monday night, please take bins to the curb on Monday night and return them to the driveway on Tuesday morning. ♦Service people may arrive once per week to take care of the lawn or pool. ♦Please do not move furniture in the home. An additional fee of $25 will be assessed if furniture must be put back in their proper place. GUEST ACCESS: ♦Available for your use are four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, two living areas and backyard . ♦All bedrooms have a TV and a closet, except the Master Bedroom, however, two full dressers are available as well as a coat closet. ♦Feel free to use the pool and BBQ, but please do not touch the pool equipment. The shed will also be locked. ♦Please do not park in or use the garage. It should only be accessed in the event that an electric breaker needs to be reset. ♦Sprinkler system turns on at 1:00 am.
