Return home to warm up by the fireplace or cook up a tasty meal in the equipped kitchen. Please do not use the neighbors boats. Everything to the right of water access stairs is private property. Welcome to use the 4 kayaks available at the property in colors green, yellow, blue and red. [Home Layout] Lower unit of the main house. Parking is available in front of the garage. It will require many stairs to reach the unit located at the bottom near the lake. [Main level] -living room: One queen bed. Electric fireplace. Heating thermostat is remotely controlled. -kitchen: Hot plate, toaster, microwave and mini fridge. No oven, no stove and no dishwasher. ​​​​​​​-Bathroom: sink, toilet and shower with no tub. [OTHERS] -The kayaks are only available during summer season. The guest is responsible to return the kayaks to the original place. -This property has routine pest services set up, but in PNW you may still experience finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. -Wood fire pit. The guest needs to bring their own wood. No fire on the grass. -Hair dryer, iron, ironing board reach out 7 days in advance. -WIFI: No guarantee of internet speed or signal strength. Unexpected outages can occur. -Garage is off limits. -This property has multiple stairs to reach the entry. - Fireworks are not permitted on this property. This applies to 4th of July holiday and all other holidays/stays.
