Private Room for One in Vandy area house!

A friendly, safe, clean, quiet room for 1 guest in my house centrally located in a pleasant neighborhood in the heart of Nashville; a 10 minute walk to Vanderbilt; 2.5 mi. to Lower Broad, the farthest of the many close and walkable hotspots in town; Great for a solo traveler wanting to avoid hotels; a dedicated Airbnb space with shared bath with at most one other guest; One guest per room & sorry, but no visitors. The space Sweet and clean! I have two rooms I rent but only one person per room. The bathroom is shared by both guests. The water pressure is great and there is always plenty of hot water. Each room has a very comfortable almost brand new mattress and lots of space to put your things. I use 100% cotton sheets and the pillows are a soft down-like fiber fill. You may have a housemate other than myself during your stay but I will let you know if another guest has booked the other room. Only use the keyless entry lock and make sure you don't lock the brass deadbolt when you come home because you could lock me or the other guest out. Although Covid-19 makes for no visitors and could limit hanging out in other parts of the house, you’re welcome to make tea and coffee and use the microwave and refrigerator. You also have access to wi-fi, front porch, and back yard. Also, use the front door and the Airbnb space is down the little hallway just to the left after you come in the front door. Guest access There is free street parking after 4:00 pm and on weekends. If you will need a temporary permit for other times please let me know. During your stay If I am home it is likely we will run into each other from time to time. I am friendly and enjoy meeting and socializing with guests, but also respect their privacy. The hallway door off the living room nicely separates the Airbnb space from the rest of the house. If I’m home, I’m usually in the back room of my house or in the kitchen. If I’m not home, I’ll always be available by text or message. I have two guest rooms for booking and guests share a bathroom. There will never be more than one person per room and I will make sure to let you know if someone else is booked in the other room during your stay. Other things to note This is a smoke and vape free home. It’s very clean and quiet. I ask that whomever decides to stay be friendly, communicative and respectful of me and the other possible guest.
