The space The "BelleAire Retreat" is fully remodeled, with all new wood flooring throughout, new granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new light fixtures, new furniture, new paint, new bbq grill and pizza oven... well you get the picture! The covered patio and screen enclosed lanai and back yard back up to lush greenery, offering privacy and a relaxing atmosphere. The home has 3 bedrooms - a master with king bed, guest room with queen bed, and second guest room with 2 twin beds. The split plan has a master bedroom on one side of house, and the 2 guest bedrooms and 2nd bath on the other side, with a barn door that can be closed to offer further privacy. The large island in the kitchen has adequate space and seating to entertain or use as a workspace. The large dining room table seats 8, providing even more space for entertaining. The new oven has a built-in Air Fryer, so no need for a small countertop appliance! We also provide a 2023 gas golf cart and 3 bikes for getting around.
